Hotfix for importing spectra when only a fraction of particles was measured

Color mode is fixed (bgr2rgb not needed),
More hotkeys,
Preparation for Renishaw interface (handles raman measurement differently),
"Measure fraction of particles" now keeps all particles, but measures only a fraction of them,
Better Navigation in Analysisview (button press responses)

Sampleview was converting colors of R and B channel, which lead to inverted color representation. Also, the color ranges for the colorClassification were adjusted.

Contour approximation can lead to wrong ellipse fits...

currently only fully implemented in legacy conversion, has to be adapted during particle detection as well!

Particle colors are detected automatically, but can changed through particle context menu

IMPORTANT: start Gepard by: "python -m gepard" outside of the module directory

Have it managed by the particle!

Analyses are not primarily stored in each particle, but summarized in particleContainer. Each particle then only holds a reference to each assigned analysis..

Currently the spectra points are still there...
