Added the following features:
In optical scan: BackgroundManager for subtraction of background images
In segmentation: CLAHE and multiple thresholding

further restructuring of code in respect to analysisview; pixelscale modes are now handled in dataset; dataset object are now able to be compared for consistency checks later;

Zeiss Importer with permutation variation on the marker positions to allow changing marker sequence between Zeiss measurement and at Raman microscope -> minimize human error; but at the cost of limiting maximum angle rotations to -45,45 degrees in each euler angle

new logpath handling; Qt AppLocalDataLocation is now used to obtain an OS independent standard path for such information; since this path is needed multiple times it is shared as parameter to all relevant modules and processes

sqlexport (from Josed) added: credentials are imported via json file: here are still data operations

editParticles.py: correctly handle cancelation of Combine and Reassign actions; adaptation to allow usage of OpenCV 4.0 alongside 3.4
analysisview.py: some first restructuring; export dialogs are now QDialogs instead of QWidgets; restructuring of ExcelExport and bugfixes therein; hit quality index export is broken and now set to zero instead wrong numbers

Furthermore, seedpoints are drawn according their unique size. Also, SeedDeletePoints override and delete areas in sure_bg (that actually makes more sense and is useful, Julia said)
