After successful detection of particles, scan points are computed within each particle. If you close the detection window the Raman Scan dialog starts automatically. Here a new range of z-movement is computed with the same advice of caution as with the Optical Scan. Scan points are arrange to minimize movement times between different points. You can follow the scan by the focus in the main window. Also an estimated time to finish is displayed. |
